Has the talent to build on that fine effort last start. THERMODYNAMIC (2) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1m1f at Morphettville, beaten 3. 5 lengths. Faces an easier assignment so he is likely to play a big role. EAGLELOU (5) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fifth at Gawler over 1m2 1/2f. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. FOOTPRINTS (6) looks close to a win, finishing in the placings at her last couple of runs including a third most recently over 1m at Ceduna when beaten 2 lengths. Should park just off the speed. Not to be discounted.
