THIN RED LINE (4) has been in the market at his last couple of runs but failed to threaten, the latest effort a modest sixth at this track over 7f. Likely improver who should be in the finish this time. SIR JAG (12) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths into fifth. Will enjoy a drop in class so he will be hard to beat. EARENDEL (1) wasted no time getting off the mark on debut over 6¾f at Devonport Synthetic seven months ago and has not raced since. Has since been kept ticking over with a Longford trial placing. Will come on following that run definite threat. MOHNAR (5) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race when fresh from a lay-off last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 2.25 lengths over 5½f at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating another bold showing.
