    WALTZING MATILDA (6) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 2 lengths over 6f at this track. Looks well placed and she is sure to go well. RIPPINGTON (1) has returned in good order this campaign. Ran well but found a couple better last time over 7f at this track after registering his maiden win when resuming the run before. Drawn well close to the inside and expected to feature. TIZSA NICE DROP (8) was in the money two starts back at Devonport Synthetic but couldn't back it up last time when ninth, beaten 10 lengths, at Hobart over 1m. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. VORTISTAR (2) progressed nicely last time out to finish just one length from the winner in second over 6f at this track. No surprise to see him in the frame.
