LADDIE DANCE (3) finished eighth two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 6f at this track, beaten only 1. 3 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. CATAHOULA MOON (1) started at 13/2 last time and ran below expectations, finishing fifth and beaten 5 lengths at this track (Dirt) over 5½f. Meets some better types this time but he has the ability to test this field. DEADPAN (5) built on a nice second two starts back at Mahoning Valley (Dirt) with a win over 1m1/4f at Mahoning Valley (Dirt) three-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 5. 5 lengths. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. TALKLES Set Weights ORKMORE (9) turned in another moderate effort last start when 6 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1m1/2f at this track. Better than recent efforts suggest.
