CITY OF SECRETS (4) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 11 lengths over 6f at Sam Houston Park (Dirt). Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Looks well placed and she is a key runner. MY BOY VANDER (2) produced a good run two starts back to finish second but failed to live up to market expectations last time when out of the placings at Sam Houston Park Turf (Turf) over the same trip after she had settled well back. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. K K'S FIRST DANCE (3) scored narrowly over 5f at Sam Houston Park Turf (Turf) last time out with this jockey Isaiah Wiseman in the irons. Nice weight drop so she is one of the main contenders. JALAPENA LENA (7) got the prize two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when eighth over 5f at Sam Houston Park Turf, beaten 7 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can run a bold race.
