KISS MY DICE (6) went forward last start and proved too strong, getting home by a nose over 5½f at Sam Houston Park (Dirt). Going up a level this time but she has the ability to mix it with them. HARVEY'S FINNISH (3) is a talented filly who was well held last time out in the tougher race won by Midnight Passion over 6f at Evangeline Downs, beaten 26 lengths into sixth. Change of rider to Weston Hamilton who has an excellent strike rate when in the saddle, including three wins. Sure to play a big role. BELLA'S GIRL (5) will appreciate the longer journey after finishing a solid fourth when resuming last start over 5½f at Sam Houston Park (Dirt). Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Will give backers a great sight. WITT'S LIL RINGER (4) showed good early dash before weakening to be beaten 9 lengths into sixth over 5½f at Sam Houston Park (Dirt) last time out. Should give a bold sight.
