ALISENT (6) showed good early speed and led into the straight before fading to finish fourth, beaten 2. 5 lengths, over 1m2 1/2f at Hobart. Definite winning hope. SUGOI LEGEND (5) was beaten 3 lengths into sixth in a 1m1 1/2f contest at Devonport Synthetic last time out. Better than recent efforts suggest.
