TORLEIF (6) is back after a break of 12 weeks. At the last run before the layoff he finished ninth over 6f at Del Mar (Dirt). Looks the one to beat. BOOMING BERNARDO (9) finished fourth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 4½f at this track, beaten 3 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. WOODROW CALL (4) is yet to break through in seven runs. Finished fifth at his last appearance over 4½f at this track (Dirt) on October 18 after he got a long way back in the run. Expected to feature in the finish this time. LISA'S DOCTOR S (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 4½f at this track, beaten 6 lengths into fourth. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
