Has started three times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Likely improver with strong prospects. KHAMIS (11) missed the placings two runs back then was always well out of her ground last start when 11 lengths away in eighth over 7f at Cairns. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. SOUTHAVEN (9) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing second and beaten only a nose over 1m at Rockhampton after being prominent at the turn. Likely improver with strong prospects. MAYOR OF KINGSTON (10) broke his maiden last start over 7½f at Rockhampton, scoring by 0. 7 lengths. One of the likely contenders despite the step up in grade.
