ESSENTIAL WILD CAT (3) resumes after a break of four-and-a-half months. Won on debut to launch the last campaign over 5½f at Belterra Park. Makes plenty of appeal. SCAREDY CATNESS (2) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 1m at this track, beaten 6 lengths. Should be thereabouts.
