NORWOODS (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Pakenham, beaten 11 lengths into eighth. Ideally placed and is sure to play a major role. BEARBRASSBLACKFISH (9) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he settled well back over 7f at Sale, beaten 3 lengths into fourth. Tackling a more suitable race this time so he is sure to be prominent. BOB THE HORSE (3) was safely held when fifth last time out over 1m1 3/4f at Yarra Valley, beaten 6 lengths after being in contention on the bend. That followed a win at Stony Creek at the previous outing. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot make amends. TRINITY'S D'ORO (7) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but was less impressive last time out when fifth over 1m1 1/2f at Kyneton, beaten 4 lengths. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
