SMILING AMOS (1) started favourite when resuming but found one better over 5¼f at Inverell. Looks well placed stepping out in trip. Expected to go very well. NIRMATA (3) wasted no time getting off the mark on debut over 5½f at Armidale two-and-a-half weeks ago. Has plenty of upside and can win again. PAN A MILLION (2) has been in the placings at his last two starts, finishing second last time when he was handy all the way over 7f at Dalby. Meeting a deeper field this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. DIG BEE (5) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 6f at Narromine after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Has her share of talent and is a top-three prospect.
