STAY FOCUSED (1) showed good pace and went on to score by a nose last time out over 7½f at Moonee Valley. Drawn to enjoy a nice run just off the speed. In a suitable race and can find the winner's circle. MATISSE (8) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 10 starts. Was again denied last start when she found a couple better over 6f at Caulfield. Will enjoy a drop in class so she will be hard to beat. ON DISPLAY (10) settled well back from a wide draw last time then wound up strongly to finish fifth over 6f in the G3 Typhoon Tracy Stakes at Moonee Valley. Was outdashed but got going late and appears suited by the longer journey. Can get home into the finish. SUPERNIMA (2) raced on the speed from the outset last start and finished second, beaten 2.25 lengths, over 6f at Pakenham. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders.
