Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. FIABESCA (12) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she settled well back over 6f at Strathalbyn, beaten 8 lengths into seventh. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. GOOCHEE GAL (5) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 1. 4 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m at swan hill. Finds a more suitable contest and can take this out. GOLDFIELDS GREY (1) is a two-start maiden who looks close to a win after placing at both runs, the latest when second over 6¾f at Strathalbyn. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Must be respected.
