CHICAGO STORM (1) turned in an eye-catching run over 6¼f at Morphettville Parks last time, ridden back before coming home with a powerful run to finish second. Sound record at this distance with five wins and six minor placings from 16 runs and should prove tough to beat. PRAIRIE FLOWER (4) was a real eye-catcher last start, coming from the tail over 5½f in the LR Doveton Stakes (Cleary Stakes) at Caulfield to finish a neck from the winner in third. Comes here in the right frame of mind so she should play a major role again. WATCHME WIN (2) could only manage ninth last start over 7f at Pakenham, beaten 3. 5 lengths. Has a very good record here including four wins from eight starts. Must be considered. GRINZINGER PRINCE (5) hasn't raced since finishing fourth in the LR Caulfield Village Stakes 42 days ago. Ticking along well with a recent trial placing. Not to be discounted.
