EXTRAGALACTIC (16) lifted strongly to score by one length last time out over 6f at Caulfield at the second run of the campaign. Right in contention again. INKARUNA (9) produced a good run two starts back to finish second but failed to live up to market expectations last time when out of the placings in the G3 PJ Bell Stakes at Randwick over the same trip after she had settled well back. Nicely placed to make amends. TYCOON STAR (2) is close to breaking through, last start finishing just a nose away in second over 5½f in the LR Redelva Stakes at this track after being in the firing line all the way. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he deserves plenty of thought. LEGACY BOUND (1) has been freshened since finishing seventh over 5½f in the LR VRC Sprint Classic (Moomba Plate) at Flemington. Fitness level should be good following a subsequent Cranbourne trial. Worth including in calculations.
