JAMES GANG (4) gave a bold display over this course and distance last start, racing on the speed and boxing on well to finish third and beaten 10 lengths. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. JOE PHILLIPS (9) was beaten 5 lengths into fourth in a 6f contest at this track two weeks ago. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
