CLUBHOUSE (1) came home strongly last start to finish second, beaten 0. 9 lengths, over 7f at Grafton. Backmarker who keeps coming. Will be tough to stop. MOET AT MIDNIGHT (4) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Gatton, finishing second and only a head from the winner at the end of 1m after being in contention on the bend. Finds a tougher race but a win is not out of the question. FRIEND IN NEED (6) was in the placings when a length back from the winner last start at Coffs Harbour on a soft ground and is down in weight this time. Reunites with Adin Thompson which is a proven winning combination. Fitter and poses a big threat. ASSENT (5) has accrued two minor placings from three runs this campaign. Continued the trend last start when third over 6¼f at Ballina. Nicely placed to find winning ways.
