KUWAIT (16) finished third when resuming at Bathurst then couldn't repeat the dose last time when fourth at Wyong over 5½f when beaten 3.5 lengths. Should be prominent throughout. Overdue and looks a great chance to open winning account. VARUNI (13) was well supported on debut last start and turned in a strong effort to finish third over 5½f at Scone. Can get off the mark this time. KORITSI (3) faced the starter for the first time and finished fifth last start at Gosford over 5f, beaten 3 lengths. Better for that run and can improve sharply. GOLD CAPITAL (18) followed an unplaced effort two starts back with a third last start over 7f at Tamworth. This looks a good race for him and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways.
