SARATOGA POWER (1) struggled in a tougher race two starts back but last time appreciated the drop in grade and bounced back to salute over 5f at this track. Sure to give a great sight again. THIRD BASE (5) produced a reasonable effort when seventh last start after being prominent at the bend over 5f at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. HAIKU STAR (2) scored over 5f at Tamworth at his most recent appearance on March 9. Comes here with definite top-three claims. KANTISHNA (7) could only manage eighth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 4½f at Scone, beaten just 1.1 lengths. Finds a nice race and can keep improving.
