CITINO (1) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 1m2f at Esperance, beaten only 1.1 lengths. Finds a more suitable contest and can get the job done. BRAVE CONTENDER (5) ran below expectations last time after being prominent on the bend at Albany, finishing seventh and beaten 3 lengths starting at 11/2. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. HENRY THE AVIATOR (3) caught the eye last start over 7½f at Albany, coming from the tail and running on strongly to score by 0.7 lengths. Has been in sound form this prep with a win and two minor placings from six outings. Solid claims on best form.
