MANHATTAN STRIP (1) was well beaten in harder company in a then better placed last time and finished in the money when a half a length second over 6½f. Rates on top on best figures and looks suited this line-up. Go close. IDYLLIC RULER (2) showed good early speed and led into the straight before fading to finish fourth, beaten 3 lengths, over 1m1/4f at Belmont Park. Has a solid record here at the distance with three wins and two placings from seven tries. Expected to go very well. COVERT ROSE (3) settled well back then made steady ground to get up for fifth over 6½f at this track. Second up record is strong so she looks sure to run well. JUST LEROY (4) raced on the speed and dug deep to score by 0.7 lengths at this track and distance last start in a far better run. Likely to be there at the finish again.
