BLACK POWDER (1) hit the frame when resuming two runs back at Churchill Downs but couldn't back it up last start when seventh, beaten 13 lengths, over 1m1/2f at this track (Dirt). Beautifully placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. HERN (5) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second when resuming last start over 1m at this track (Dirt). Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. AMERICAN OUTLAW (6) made progress last time out, finishing 5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 1m at this track after being prominent at the bend. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. ITSINMYBLOOD (10) was comfortably accounted for when seventh last time out over 6f at this track, beaten 17 lengths, after a win at Turfway Park at the previous outing. Expect a better run this time.
