THE WARDEN (2) failed to run a strong 1m1/2f last start after a close third over 7f at Churchill Downs (Dirt) the run prior. Better suited at this shorter trip so he is right in this. BARB (7) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on November 30, finishing seventh and beaten 26 lengths over 1m at Churchill Downs (Dirt). Should be hard to stop. MASTER MULE (9) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at this track, beaten 5 lengths into fourth. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. LA HOULIGAN (3) was below his best last time when 12th over 1m1/2f at this track (Dirt), beaten 15 lengths. Has his share of talent and can do a lot better.
