MAJOR DAX (1) showed little early speed last start then picked up impressively in the straight to finish third at this track (Dirt) over this journey. Expected to prove tough to hold out again. FAST JOKER (9) was in the firing line on the corner and progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 1m at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. ARKY ROAD (7) turned in a modest performance when second last time out over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 5 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Likely improver with strong prospects. PHENOMENAL DREAM (2) settled well back but hit the line well to finish fourth, beaten 7 lengths, over 1m1/2f here last time. One to watch for late in the piece.
