MARINE GIRL (6) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at Queanbeyan. Couldn't follow that up last time out when 11th over 5f at Randwick, beaten 6 lengths. Has the talent to take this out. DENMAN FORCE (9) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing third last time out over 4¾f at Cowra. Drawn to enjoy a good run on the speed. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot salute. ABSTRUSE (5) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Wagga, finishing third and only 1. 75 lengths from the winner at the end of 5f. Sure to be thereabouts.
