BLUE ISMAY (2) resumed from a lay-off last start with a sound third over 7¾f at Geelong. Suitably placed to crack the maiden win. DUNTULM LASS (7) is a four-start maiden who finished sixth at her most recent appearance over 7f at Sandown-Hillside after she gave away a big start. Finds a suitable assignment this time and is a great chance to break through. GEE AND TEE (6) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m1/4f at Moe after being in the firing line on the turn. Must raise the bar but this looks well within her grasp. RUSCELLO (4) turned in another moderate effort last start when 73 lengths from the winner in ninth over 1m2f at Ballarat. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
