JACKSON ROAD (3) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on October 13, finishing seventh and beaten 11 lengths over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Sure to make his presence felt. FIGHT FIERCELY (1) is yet to find the winners' list this time in work but has six placings from 10 runs this campaign, finishing half a length away in second most recently over 6½f at this track. Great chance to take this out. PRAETORIAN GUARD (2) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with just three wins from 33 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when seventh over 1m1f at this track, beaten 11 lengths. This is a nice drop in grade so he will be hard to beat. FLUFF THE PILLOW (4) ran well below his best last time over 1m1/4f at this track (Dirt), beaten 10 lengths into seventh at 7/2. Has a decent record at this track. Deserves respect.
