Winning rider A R Rodriguez stays aboard and he should be in the finish again. THICK AS THIEVES (5) returns after a lay-off of seven months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1m at Fairgrounds Turf. Yet to win when resuming but generally runs well with two minor placings from four tries. Can make his presence felt.
