THREE GRAND (8) doesn't win out of turn but ran a nice race when resuming from a lay-off last time out over 6f at Belmont Park, finishing second and beaten 1.75 lengths after being prominent at the turn. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. DATE WITHTHE DEVIL (5) returns after a lay-off of five-and-a-half months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 6½f at Northam. Definite top-three chance. UUKHAI (3) finished third two runs back at Ascot then improved last time out to score by a long neck over 5½f at Ascot. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot score again.
