ROMMEL'S GODDESS (5) made a strong late bid but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 6f at Ascot. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run again. SUPERFLUOUS (6) has registered two minor placings from three runs this campaign. Continued the trend at the most recent appearance when third over 7½f at Ascot. Has the class to figure prominently. SHOW THE WAY (11) settled well back from a wide draw last time then wound up strongly to finish fifth over 7½f at Ascot. Sure to be winding up late.
