    SHUTTLE RUN (3) showed good early dash and led throughout to score by one length last time out over 5½f at Clare. Sure to take some stopping again. LAPILLI (10) pushed forward from a wide draw last time out and was prominent for a long way before fading to finish sixth over 6f at Strathalbyn. Well placed and should be tough to rein in. THE HASS (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5½f at Clare, beaten 1. 3 lengths into fifth. Finds a tougher race but a big run will not surprise. MIDNIGHT RULER (6) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 1. 1 lengths back in fifth over 6¾f at this track. Can figure in the finish.
