Has the ability to figure prominently. MCKEEVER (1) did well to score at this track two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when prominent at the corner before finishing second over 6f at this track, beaten a nose. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he deserves plenty of thought. MESSERSCHMITT (4) did a great job to score by a nose over this course and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Taking on a better field but he is capable of another big run. LAVA LAD (5) progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 6¾f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
