SIR GRACE (2) finished third when resuming two runs back at this track then progressed nicely last time out to score by 5 lengths as favourite over 7½f at this track. Looks well placed so expect another big run. AMERICAN PRESIDENT (1) was in the money two starts back at Sunshine Coast but was unable to repeat the effort last time when ninth, beaten 3.5 lengths, at Sunshine Coast over 7f after being in the firing line on the corner. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish. GET WHAT YOU GIVE (4) finished 2.2 lengths back from the winner last start at this track on soft going and is down in weight this time. Rates well and shapes as one to consider. PREPOTENT (6) was beaten 7 lengths into seventh in a 6f contest at Thangool last time out. Better than recent efforts suggest.
