GO PURPLE (5) got the prize two runs ago at Remington Park. Safely held last time out when fifth over 5½f at this track, beaten 8 lengths. This doesn't look as hard so she can recapture winning form. DARK DUTCHESS (2) was below her best last time when eighth over 7f at this track (Dirt), beaten 14 lengths. Nicely placed to make amends. OK BY ME (3) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when eighth, beaten 12 lengths, over 5f at Sam Houston Park Turf (Turf) after she travelled towards the rear of the field. Will strip fitter and is a key runner. BALI GIRLEE (4) comes here off a break of six-and-a-half months. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 6f at this track. Worth plenty of thought.
