WAR MULE (8) returns from a lay-off and tackles a turf track for the first time. Goes well when fresh with two placings from four when resuming starts. Best fresh figures put him right in this. INITIALIZE (7) was an impressive winner last time over 5f at this track (Turf), stalking the pace before lengthening nicely to score by 2 lengths. In fine form and worth following up. OOEY GOOEY CHEWY (2) was safely held when fifth last time out over 5f at this track, beaten 7 lengths. That followed a win at Remington Park at the previous outing. Finds a suitable race and can return to winning ways. STORMY AT MIDNIGHT (6) scored on turf over 5f at this track two starts ago then couldn't find the top-three on dirt over 5½f at Sam Houston Park more recently. Looks a definite top-three contnder again.
