HOT DIGITY BOOM (2) is a talented gelding who was well held last time out in the tougher Moomba Plate won by Alabama Lass over 5½f at Flemington, beaten 6 lengths into 16th. Will drift back but wind up late. Will prove tough to beat. SUPERNIMA (1) has been in good form, scoring three back at Pakenham then placing twice in a row, most recently finishing third when he was handy all the way over 7f at Caulfield. Has the talent to build on that encouraging effort last start. FIGLIO D'ARGENTO (6) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then he settled well back and was beaten 3.5 lengths when sixth in a 6f contest at this track a week-and-a-half ago. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is capable of running a bold race. MUIRFIELD (7) took advantage of a low draw last time and stalked the lead before going on to score by a nose over 7¼f at Geelong. In form and another bold showing is on the cards.
