ZEBRA FINCH (1) followed an unplaced effort when resuming two runs back with a second last start over 7f at Ballarat. Has the talent to take this out. HELIOSON (5) launched his career with a win two runs ago. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fifth over 1m at Caulfield Heath, beaten 2. 25 lengths after he made late ground. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the key runners. FLYING DONE (4) went fast early over 7f at Warrnambool last time and defied all challengers to score by 3 lengths. Must raise the bar but he has the talent to test this line-up. PRINCING (7) was an effortless maiden winner last time out over 1m at Werribee, scoring by 2. 25 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. One of the likely contenders despite the step up in grade.
