Should be poised just off the lead. Best figures should see him run well. KATONAH (9) missed the frame when resuming from a break last time out, finishing fourth and beaten 4 lengths over 6½f at this track (Turf). Among the leading chances. COPP (2) finished 7 lengths from the winner in fifth on turf at Keeneland two starts back. Missed the frame in another run on turf last time at Del Mar over 1m1f when 9 lengths adrift in eighth. Far easier assignment this time around. Capable of taking this out. DEL MAR JERRY (8) finished fourth at this track and distance at his last appearance three months ago. Has recorded two wins when when resuming from a break. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
