HEY LIL LADY (3) returns from a layoff of ten weeks. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 1m at this track. Rates highly and should take some beating. MAGALE (2) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Del Mar, beaten 3. 5 lengths into fifth. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. POCKET VENUS (5) resumes after a break of three months. Hoping for a repeat of her debut win over 5½f at Del Mar to kick off last prep. Sound prospects.
