CURRUMBIN ALLEY (2) is back after a break of nine months. At the last run before the layoff he finished sixth over 6½f at Dubbo. Ran fourth in a recent trial at Muswellbrook. Hard to beat if back in good order as anticipated. MORPETH (5) was in contention on the turn and finished third last time over 6f87yards at Muswellbrook, beaten 4 lengths. Placed to advantage so expect a forward showing. LUCHADORA (6) improved last start when second up from a break, finishing 3. 5 lengths adrift in fifth over 5f at Walcha. Expected to play a major role.
