TORONADO BOOM (4) settled well back last start and made little impact in the straight when ninth, beaten 6 lengths, over this journey at Cranbourne. Finds a nice race and can figure in the finish. VICTORY TUNE (8) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 1. 5 lengths over 5f at Cranbourne when he worked home well. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. JAHANGIR (2) stuck on well last start to finish second over 5½f at Werribee after showing good early speed. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run again. REGAL SECRET (5) didn't make an impact at her last run before going for a lay-off on August 16, finishing eighth and beaten 4. 5 lengths over 5f at Morphettville Parks. Hasn't scored when fresh from a break but generally races well with two minor placings. Makes plenty of appeal.
