COLFAX KID (5) is still a maiden after eight starts. Could only manage to finish sixth last time out over 6f at Sunland Park (Dirt) following a minor placing at Sunland Park (Dirt) over 6f the run prior. Cannot be left out of calculations. GOLDEN GATO (8) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on 13/02/2025, finishing fourth and beaten 5.5 lengths over 4½f at Sunland Park (Dirt). Can make his presence felt. BLACKSOD BAY (6) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Turf Paradise, beaten 14 lengths into fifth. Best efforts measure up so worth another chance.
