EVELYN MAY (8) scored at her most recent appearance, getting home by half a length over 1m2 1/4f at Doomben. That continued the good form this campaign, with three wins from seven runs. Can measure up again. WAPITI (2) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m at Eagle Farm, beaten 2. 5 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Has the ability to figure prominently. CHAYSE 'N' ARTIE (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 1m1f at Eagle Farm, beaten 3. 5 lengths into seventh. Yet to miss the placings from four starts at this track. This is a nice drop in grade so he is likely to play a big role. ARCHER'S GAME (4) is yet to find her good form from last campaign, last start finishing fourth at Eagle Farm but overdue for another win. Overdue for a win and can sneak into the finish at odds.
