The engagement of Ben Thompson is noteworthy. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. FIFTY CALIBRE (2) drifted well back last start then wound up strongly to finish fourth, beaten 0. 8 lengths, over 1m1/4f at Ipswich. Solid top-three hope. LADY TANGALOOMA (12) got the prize two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when 13th over 1m at Eagle Farm, beaten 10 lengths. One of the main hopes.
