THEE NEW BEGINNING (5) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 6f at this track after being in contention on the corner. The engagement of Samuel Marin is noteworthy. Meets some better types this time but a win is not out of the question. ALLONS (6) saluted over 1m1/2f at Meadowlands (Turf) at her most recent appearance on October 17. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. STAR OF SATURN (2) has not won for a long while. Last raced on January 28 when beaten 10 lengths into fifth at this track (Dirt) over 1m1/4f. Taking on a better field but she is worth another chance. MT D'ORO (4) last appeared two weeks ago over 6f at this track when she finished fourth. This is her first run for the Michael V Simone stable.
