PERMIAN BASIN (7) was prominent at the bend and ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 6f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. CAURA (5) is a last-start winner five-and-a-half weeks ago, scoring by 2. 75 lengths over 7f at this track. Worth plenty of thought.
