IN BOCCA AL LUPE (5) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 4f at Coffs Harbour when second, beaten 2 lengths. Nicely drawn so he is worth following up. STARWARD (3) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish 1. 75 lengths away in third over 5½f at Port Macquarie. Must raise the bar but another big run will not surprise. SOBEK (6) is a gelding by Headwater out of Holy Empress who is at the races for the first time. Winner of a recent Wyong trial. Betting to hold the key.
