BAROSSA (4) turned in a fine effort to win by 5 lengths at this track and distance when when resuming from a lay-off last start. Meets some better types this time but another win beckons. SURPRSINGLYPERFECT (2) was safely held when third last time out over 1m at Emerald Downs, beaten 7 lengths. That followed a win at Emerald Downs at the previous outing. Will enjoy a drop in class so he can make amends. WINNING BIG (5) is close to breaking through after finishing third last start over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Has the ability to produce another positive result. MOHAY PLEASE (1) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 10 lengths away in eighth over 7f at this track. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
