GREAT BARRIER REEF (1) was heavily backed and justified the support when resuming last start over 5f at Gold Coast, scoring by 2.75 lengths. CRICKETS CHIRPING (4) last appeared when she finished eighth over 5½f at Ipswich on February 5. Among the better hopes. KING OF THE JUNGLE (5) returns after a lay-off of seven months. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 4f at Ipswich. Can make his presence felt.
